Arnica ointment ftw Clive, where swelling/bruising is concerned it really does make a difference. Holland & Barrett or local healthfood type shops should carry it.

Gareth mainly rides a funky orangy/bluey derosa, and Theo rides a Glider ti road bike, with king hubs etc. I think Theo mentioned he knew you, but basically, they both come into my shop a lot and i was wondering if the world was as small as i thought!

My SPD cleats (MTB) are 6 years old, and it doesn't matter how tight I do the allen keys up they still move buy loads. Argh well I be roadingfying my cycling shoe collection soon.
