Arnica ointment ftw Clive, where swelling/bruising is concerned it really does make a difference. Holland & Barrett or local healthfood type shops should carry it.

Taken 15 minutes after the accident. When the bruising on my buttocks starts to colour, I may share a snap of that with you - unless you contribute generously to Scott's Bunny Run!

take it easy now mate, the TOI will still be there when you're ready, and you've certainly got enough miles under the belt for a couple of weeks off.

Heal up soon.
For once I cant be bothered to abuse you for being a fat middle aged lawyer bastard, so genuine sympathy from me.
Hope you get plenty of time sitting naked in front of the computer watching porn.

Ouch dude! MTB spd pedals for the win!
Side note, and a bit of a random one at that! But do you know Gareth and Theo? Gareth mainly rides a funky orangy/bluey derosa, and Theo rides a Glider ti road bike, with king hubs etc. I think Theo mentioned he knew you, but basically, they both come into my shop a lot and i was wondering if the world was as small as i thought!

That chipped elbow is going to hurt for quite a few months after the flesh has healed and scarred over so watch out.

That's what happens when you wear your cycling shoes in the sea....
