Call me a fuckwit but is it possible to create your own screens to print them off by hand, in order to maintain production much further into the future for a more constant income ?
Doing quality silk screening is a skill, and it requires a space and a rather large amount of money for screens, esp if 15 are economicly viable.

to be honest, im sure someone here has access to a bunch of screens and some photoemulsion. It must be cheaper to make 'em yourself than have then done by a company. And I'm sure you can pick up bulk tees for like 2-3 quid per shirt.

We are talking several hundred, in various sizes/cuts, in bamboo if possible, in multiple colours.
Then we're talking multiple designs, in multiple colours, and different numbers of screens.
And we would want to turn this around in a few weeks.

Too late
But I think I'd like a T Shirt with a nice illustration of one of these
Looking forward to seeing the final poll.
Can I just contribute one thing - Velocio mentions on the first page the Bamboo shirts. Mine is really really small for a 'large', the print is all wonky on it and is flaking off. Is it to do with the stretchyness of it? I've only worn it about three times btw. Any chance of getting some thicker bamboo version, or just larger?

Sounds like you didn't wash it on delicates. Bamboo should be treated like wool/silk. It's natural antibacterial and shouldn't smell as much or anything... wash less, and wash it on delicates.

That's me not buying any tees then. My missus can and does shrink anything and everything. Fuck, I'm pretty sure she's even managed to shrink the washine machine once. 90 degree cotton wash, way to go girl!
