  • Zombies? How about Nazi Zombies?

Dead Snow, was a bit of a unsuspected great film (there have been silly amounts of shite thriller/horrors made in Norway of late).

TBH it contains a lot of Norwegian stereotyping, I'm a bit supprised it works abroad.

Which bits were the Norwegian sterotyping?

  • Mainly just the characters having certian regional traits (like theiving scousers, oops*). Although I guess most of the the comedy was'nt exactly character based.

Another recent Norewgian comedy, was Kill Buljo, fecking funny.
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0913401/
    With the imortal lines:

    "I'm not wearing any knickers"
    "F**k me you're forgetful"

    (*Sorry wrong thread)

  • i watched the kingdom the other day.
    Lars von Trier's one
the original, not the steven king rip off. it is good.

    ahh fuck, hes danish.

and by the other day I mean over the course of a weeks evenings.

  • Dead Snow looks wicked. Nazis + Zombies = Epic Win.

I love good zombie stuff, mate has just lent me World War Z, I'm hooked.

How do people feel about the Slow Zombies/Fast Zombies debate?

  • I think zombies should generally be slow if they're supposed to be dead people coming back to life and that 'infected' people can be quick if they like..

I guess that's the traditionalist stance but I don't really mind ressurected zombies being fast
