  • Can't do the afternoon, leaving do. I might try for 7:30 I think.

Weather does look bad for wed

  • looking good condition wise for a spin this arvo? we still on?

  • sorry kelvin, only just saw this. it might be a bit busy - school holidays... not very safe if there are kids running about.

the weather currently looks good for tomorrow evening!

  • Down there now tis pretty busy!

  • Update, gave up too busy to build up any speed

  • you n your iphone!

saw anthony down there yesterday... he advised only early doors in good weather will you avoid crowds

  • so who is going tonight? should be ok weather wise, I am going to head down about half 6

  • i'll be there about 6.

  • prepare for the wind people, the force is strong. down there by half six.

  • should be fun, drink after??

  • Mos def

  • tonight was really good. felt a bit better, still some work to do. happy days.

  • top bombing

  • Currently suffering from a dodgy shoulder so may only manage beers left handed

  • so how is this going then, has the league started proper?

can you guys ride PP whenever you want? or is it controlled like other velodromes..

  • This is last practice week, league starts proper next week

The track is just in a park so you can nearly always have a spin but sometimes people are playing football/teaching there kids to cycle etc. So sometimes you can't go full pelt

  • weather not looking great but i'm there if its on.

RPM, you should pop down one wed and race.

  • sod that, i'm not racing Lee again!
well, not until I've been training for five years and he's got a broken leg or something

  • Know that feeling!

PP is very friendly so if any of you London lot want to come down let us know. Boost the Rollapaluza CC numbers.

  • well maybe we should sort a club trip out!

  • Will anyone be heading down tomorrow? What time roughly?

  • by about quarter past six? as long as its not raining.

  • are there rules for what bikes you can ride at PP track? e.g. does it have to have drops? not be a converted tourer, etc?

also, can you use the track when nobody is there? or do you have to pay / go to an organised thang, etc?

  • Its just a ciruclar track in a park, its all free, ride what you want etc, most of the time it is infested with kids playing football...

  • yeah you'll need drops, no brakes and no quick releases to race, but rest of the time pretty much free reign.

Worth going down tonight just to watch it'll be sunny
