It's a massive blunder though. If you take other companies to court for copyright infringement, design theft etc, you should make sure you got your own shit sorted first.

It's definitely a blunder but I still don't think it's a massive one... they can still afford to make the exact same blunder 576 times before using up even 1% of their on hand cash.

From a cash point of view it's peanuts, wouldn't surprise me if $21m is a fair price for the license.

Thanks... but it looks like it's a .zip file, meaning I need to download it onto my computer, unzip and install it on my ipad / iphone, which I can't do because my computer is dead.

I would worry about the computer first.

I don't really give a shit about the computer, it's old and pretty much everything is backed up to an external HD.

Yeah, I tried that... but it didn't work.

Maybe I wasn't doing it properly, or it didn't work because a lot of my music is ripped from CD's / downloaded (not from iTunes).
