Obviously written by someone who can't afford a real phone. There's no folder structure in iOS.

Duh, those are just boxes you put your apps into. No file structure as such.

IOS 5 does OTA updates which means you'll have to plug in to update hippy.

You watch to much Star Trek.

I've just updated my iPad 2 to iOS 5, tabbed browsing is cool, it seems quicker loading web pages too but that may just be my imagination.

Now I can delete Atomic and Lunascape I used for tabbed browsing.

iOS has a UNIX based kernel, so it absolutely has a file/folder structure.

It's crippled and not accessible to a user. You can only fake it through an app like USB Disk or any of the pdf readers.
There are no folders with porn. If there were, I'd be first to know. -

Have any 3GS owners upgraded to iOS5 and jail broken their handsets yet?
-
• #2073
Upgraded 3GS last night without issue.
Not jail broken.
p.s. My APN settings were modified so I couldn't access the web on 3G. Didn't realize until I left the house's wi-fi. Easily fixed though.

I don't jailbreak anymore since owning 4.
Have you checked the blogs - dev team, posxninja and such? -

Anyone here a bit disappointed with Siri? Can't search for businesses outside the US, can't read me my emails (can only read out new text messages) and struggles with basic commands.
The only thing it's currently good for is ipod commands, weather (although I have to ask for the nearest town, as it doesn't recognise where I live) and asking it to open the pod bay doors.
Hopefully they'll sort this out in the next iOS update, as at the moment, it's a bag of wank.
i've got 5 working on my iphone 3gs - seems good, didn't copy the music, but i did pull the cable out while it was in the middle of doing it. WIFI syncing is cool!
