Started watching Breaking Bad last Friday - have watched it at every free moment I've had since.

Bloody brilliant. Probably one of the best series I've seen for a while if not the best.

Almost finished season 2. Pretty sure I'll get in tonight and watch it until the early hours again.

Try and slow down when you get to Season 5, we have got to wait until July for the remaining half of the season. I've already knawed my hand off waiting for it.

It's strange I'm actually looking forward to watching it through again.

UCL were robbed on University Challenge.

In the middle 10 minutes, UCL won several difficult starters only to get ridiculous rounds while Manchester tot up 100+ points in a few minutes easily with questions like "what car was in Goldfinger". A few 5 second pauses were gifted to Manchester too by Paxman. Having a 35+ year old on your team seemed to work nicely for Manchester too. Next year UCL should offer a PG diploma course in Media or whatever to members of any of the Royal Societies and get one of them on the team. I MEAN WHY NOT? WHY NOT DO THAT?

Also working my way through Trailer Park Boys and just started Sons of Anarchy Season 5 which has really stepped up the brutality right off the bat.

I've held off on Breaking Bad S5 as there are only 9-10 episodes available not the whole thing or is that outdated?

Season 5 of BB is split in to 2 parts. The 2nd is due in July apparently.

Game of Thrones was dog shit, gave up after 4 hard fought episodes.
breaking bad isn't entertaining, and I got to the 2nd series.
Hannibal is gash.

The best thing I have seen in years was The Following with Kevin Bacon in it. Double awesome.

Breaking Bad is good if you stick with it, but then it's rather like forcing yourself to like an average album that you bought, you invest the time and it becomes 'better' - I do like it though

Best TV for me in years has been French cop drama Spiral (Engrenages) - a real cut above the rest
