  • I enjoyed it, not watched the new ones yet but looking forward to them.

  • I would say yes.

Really good characters and a story with lots of twists.

  • I will give it a go. I think it's on 4od at the moment.

  • Anyone seen silicon valley?

Just had it recommended and am looking for a second...

  • I will give it a go. I think it's on 4od at the moment.

Try to download it if you can. The 4OD episodes aren't in HD and the visuals are one of the best things about it.

  • Ah, cheers. I'll take a look-see.

  • Why didn't they repeat the first series before the second? Cretins

  • Anyone seen silicon valley?

Just had it recommended and am looking for a second...

I really liked it, geeky, entertaining and a couple of laugh out loud moments.

  • Episode 1 of the strain. has a plot that feels like it was written by someone with ADD but it has potential. I mean it's about a supernatural, monster, vampire, viral outbreak, parasitic zombie apocalypse with shadowy organisations and a wizened Jewish monster hunter with a sword cane. what's not to like?

  • I just started supernatural. Shall I put it on hold?

  • Right, I'm starting to go a bit mental now.

I've been trying to find an advert for hours now, but can't remember what it's for!
It shows some little machine (can't remember what, think it's got propellers maybe) kind of floating dreamily (a bit eerily, even) over fields. The music is ambient electronic, not English. It's the music I'm after. I just loved it and can't remember the artist.

    Any idea?

  • Honda advert

  • That's it!! Thank you so bloody much!!

God, that music is dreamy. Writing music for me, that stuff. Wonderful.

    Cheers, Pifko. Repped.

  • She has an interesting background, does Leila.

Iranian, lives in London now, has worked extensively with Bjork.

This track reminds me of my time at Resonance FM (when it was in Tin Pan Alley), recording/interviewing/broadcasting loads of experimental/world/ambient/un-categorisable artists like her.

  • Have been catching up with Phoneshop, laugh out loud funny in parts.

Vikings was good n'all - a recommendation from here ( thanks folks ) although a bit different to Phoneshop.

  • A owl?

  • A owl.

  • James Corden to succeed Craig Ferguson (maybe)

    http://www.theguardian.com/culture/tvandradioblog/2014/aug/05/james-corden-replace-craig-ferguson-late-late-show

I wish the humourless, bloated cunt every success in fucking off to America.

  • Late to the Fargo TV series party, wasn't sure at first but enjoying what I've seen

  • On the topic of late night Conan is now on TruTV at 11. Cool.

Masters of Sex is the import on British TV right now and its already been shipped to More4. For fuck sake.

  • Rewatching Ripper Street.
I know it's hokum, but I quite enjoy it. I'm mainly watching for the cool suits.

  • I've been enjoying The Honourable Woman on BBC at the moment. Maggie Gyllenhaal is excellent as is the rest of the cast.

    I really good spy thriller.
