  • But how, and why?

With a chart of some kind, maybe a pie chart.

I've got used to being vaguely unhappy, it's British, or so I am lead to believe.

When I listen to synthesizer music, it makes me feel like an important robot.

  • So by extension if I were to draw (or get excell to draw) a pie chart whilst listening to music created without animal tissue, wood, or brass I would feel happier?

  • How about an edgy marketing scheme aimed at under 30-something leftie environmentalists?

I like it, I want to be involved, I can do make up for the mime artists.

  • only if were you quoting Sartre or playing jaques brel choons at the same time

I was tracing a Beryl Cook drawing.

That's the kind of dead end materialist thinking you need to jettison before you can embrace gaiety - not only would you be happier if you did these things, but more 'spiritual' and 'at one' with the 'earth mother'.

Apparently the guy behind all that Gaia theory stuff is a big fan of nuclear power and dumping the radioactive waste on some random island somewhere.. Solving all of our problems

Besides the "dumping on some random island" thing (!?) it would indeed be a solution to our problems.

  • Much agreed, Nuclear power is the way of the future.. Just thought it was ironic that Mr.Mother Earth himself supports something that has such dangerous by-products that we can't effectively dispose of

    1. Reasonably left wing (or at least not a tory voter). **BNP all the way.

    ** 2. Under 30. **I'm 71 & 3/4

** 3. Have been riding for many years (perhaps continuously since children). **Only for 3 years, but will be going back to the car in 2 years, when the ban's lifted.

** 4. Majority are not 'settled down'. **I only fuck my sister, but we're not married.

** 5. Most of us like interesting music - but specifically not just trendy shit. **I don't think you can top Cliff Richard or Michael Ball.

**6. Like to think of themselves as Bohemian. **I think of myself as a monarchist - I can see where the confusion arose.

** 8 Perhaps have environmental concerns. I've been on marches to defend fox hunting.

  • BMMF, you're just in denial.

  • Funnily enough, no-one's posted any demo graphics yet:

  • Very interesting, hippy, but really of no concern to us since we don't really know which planet you live on, anyway. ;)

Ok, I'd like to see one of the planets I'm on.. while slightly less fucked. Better? :)

  • What a shit decision. Considering some of the brain dead, prejudiced, waste of space boring-as-fuck total arse holes there are on this forum (and that's just people on my friends list) that PaulMichel should be banned is a joke. What he's done that's worse than many of the other regular tosspots is beyond me. He's annoying and dull, which places him in the majority, but he's no more malevolent than many of the semi-human bags of shit that post on here every day. That he doesn't like Tricity is proof of what an empty headed numpty he is but if there's one person on here who can look after herself it's TB. Considering the cretinous level of so much of the puke-stinking drivel that gets written on the forum God knows why Paul-Michel has been singled out; except that his absence may make some of the slack jawed members look good in his absence. I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire: but there are many, many insufferable pub-humourists and two-faced gibbering nothings on here that I would piss on even if they weren't aflame. Now excuse me while I wet my pants.

  • Crunching tackle!

    Err.. how were the rollers?

  • Hippy; I baled tonight; but it did add to my spotting list.

  • Well, so did I.. Mal had a better offer. I will have to buy another LCEF cap from Dazzler to repent..

Off to bed now. ciao ciao

  • I also feel a bit bad for P-M.

He didn't seem to be trolling intentionally and he never singled anyone out for personal abuse. It's particularly ironic that this thread should result in his banning, as it struck me as an attempt to show that he understood what you guys were about and identify himself as a part of the forum.

    Oh well.

This is one of the cognitive dissonances that evangelical (beyond reason) environmentalists have to deal with. They had it exactly right for so long, but the situation changed and, like all ideological inerrancies, they found themselves in a difficult situation when they were unable to match their religion to the changing landscape.

  • He should really be allowed back in.

Get off the fence Will, what do you really think?

  • Why's he been banned, I think he's alright(ish)

I've changed my mind again; burn him.
