for what im doing they fine, running, circuit training, I chose them as i have fairly flat feet and they support the arch well, also they are a wide fit which i need, they are meant for running with strong support for the foot, I can't really compare to much else as all my exercise was done in football trainers before these.

I quite like those. Thing with most Adidas trainers is that they look good on a photo but gash when you get your hands on them.

@dan for running running, I love my structures. for weight lifting, you'd want something deadly dull and flat. like a converse.

I quite like them apart from the ugly red and blue lego bricks, trim them down so they are more flush with the sole they would be better imo.
