^^ haha OMG! I will be in a terrible dilemma :p...but, how exciting! besides,even though the budget caps have somewhat been negotiated( are they offically set in stone yet?) ... who knows what will become of the red boys?? .... they need to pull their damn soxs up!

Apparently everyone has now agreed, but the budget cap is still in negotiations until sometime in June.
