The apartment I'm staying in in Berlin has 2 rabbits and they're lovely. Really friendly and tame. The person I'm staying with works from home so spends more or less all day with them so maybe that's why.

Used to have a house bunny, she was awesome. She had a little football she liked to throw around and she didn't like my flatmate so everytime my flatmate got out of her spot on the sofa to leave the room the bunny would jump up and wee in her seat. I had to lay across the sofa to stop this happening.

I've always been sure to have at least couple around to keep and dirty old man happy.

Stripey!

The stripes don't tend to fade as they grow. He had no spots when he was born

He's an Andrew if I've ever seen one.

Anyone looking to get a dog? A friend of mine's family breeds German Shepherds and someone that adopted one a year ago now has to give it up. It's a fully white dog, about a year old and apparently very nice and friendly with other dogs.

4 kittens in all, roughly five weeks old now - and will need homes in around 3-4 weeks.
I've had some interest, but nothing definite - I now need definite.

Why are they 'giving up'? Of course, I don't know the story, but I find this whole situation very frustrating.

Anyone needs a vivarium? I have one going spare after I "upgraded" my leopard gecko's one.
Just like this one in photo, looks like new, its the small size (Dimensions (mm): Width 575, Depth 375, Height 421). -

That is a beautiful set of pictures. Are they tame enough to be called pets?
Depends on what type of person you are. If you enjoy caring for things but aren't overly fussed for affection in return then they're great. Bunnies do give affection though, I guess it just depends on that particular one's character.
I have geckos, not particularly affectionate but I enjoy the challenge of caring for them properly. They do also come out and say hi when I get home and wake up. It's like a human partner but less complicated.
