what is it with cats and getting in the way? packing my suitcase: she's sat in the case, getting dressed: she's sat in the drawer or like here, changing sheets: she's made a cave in the new sheets; cue much lint rolling needed to not sleep covered in her left over coat

dan, you've got whippets (greyhounds?, yes? my gf goes sick every time she sees one, unfortunately she lives in a tiny flat and works way too much but say we were to move in together at some point (shudder), how are they as pets? i'm guessing they need loads of exercise

We have 2 ex racing greyhounds, VERY lazy, sight hounds are built for speed rather than stamina so they need relatively little exercise. As a rule with sight hounds the bigger they are the lazier they are :-)
