I think I remember the session you are talking about Mike, we were doing some exercise where we were going up and down the banking in a long line, he just rocks up and starts riding to the sides of people. Freak! And apparently he'd been riding at HH for 10 years.

Anyway, sometimes you do have to learn the hard way.....we all make mistakes.....

Booking a taxi to get me and my TrackFuselage down there bright and early and see if RPM lets me ride the intermediates on a plastic bike.

bummed i'm gonna miss the opening weekend... working on saturday.
might try and make it on sunday, but i've got a feeling the sunday session is gonna be a bit much for me after my intensive winter training regime of cake and beer.

Hmmm think I'm going to give the tarck a miss for a few weeks untill I've done this half marathon.

Got a little track specific project in the go at the moment and trying to decide on a crankset, very tempted by the truativ omnium I've found for £130 but so thinking of the planet x external bb crankset too.
