Herne Hill Saturday Training

To be honest Clive, I could do with a long steady paced ride you know. Was thinking abut this and the longest ride I have done this year is 50 miles, and they were at the beginning of the year. My top end speed has improved significantly, but I am found wanting quite badly in the 20km scratch races I have attempted so far. Looking forward to a couple of the long forum rides in June

It is in the lock up and I know the code for the pump but sadly the lock up has been locked these last couple of weeks as the Rollas continue on their nationwide/worldwide tour.
