What's the story about the storage for a bike and/or wheels this year? I've emailed a couple of times to appropriate email, but never received an answer.

+1 on that, the wife is getting uppity about bikes in the house and so promised her the track bike would be going into the containers

It looks like there's an accreditation test to get through before joining any intermediate session.
Does this apply from *THIS saturday?

has someone tried the monday 19:00 – 21:00 session?Plenty of info about Mondays here:
http://www.lfgss.com/thread19599.htmlIt's mainly chaingang stuff at the moment to keep warm, but I guess it'll return to more race-specific drills when the weather improves.
I assume you'd have to do complete the old induction process before turning up, so it's probably better to wait until the new rules kick in anyway. -

Hello Herne hill riders, I'm currently working on a piece of work all about Reynolds Tubing. I need to photograph a track bike built with Reynolds tubing that is track ready in it's natural environment, a velodrome. Does anyone have such a bike and be willing to meet me at Herne Hill at some point so that I can photograph it? I'd also like to get some portraits of the owner if that is possible, in repayment I can give you some nice web ready images of yourself and bike.
Cheers

Make sure you ask before hand as you need permission to take photos there

Thank you for the heads up, I had assumed I'd needed permission at I was under the assumption it was locked up when not in use.

Build bike over winter. Get excited when sun comes out. Stick 18t cog on bike to ride down. Cog threads back wheel. Going nowhere. FML

Brixton Cycles rider with dreadlocks who gave me a banana after I bonked, thanks!
I'll try to have some breakfast before my next visit. -

Full house today with all the sunshine, maybe 50 riders? Nice to be back.

Due to work, I can't make any of the training accreditation sessions on March 7, 9 or 11. Does anyone know if there will be other times available to do this accreditation? I've emailed HH on the info@ email address to ask the same thing.

That narrows it down...
Yeah there are quite a few exercises in there that I have never done, despite doing most of the Monday nights last year and racing track league/open events. Usually the drills are pretty straightforward if you can ride a bike properly and listen carefully to the coaches though...
