My first trip to HH tomorrow, plan on doing the induction early then hopefully be allowed to ride a few loops after.
I saw adoubletap (love the new avatar) this afternoon as I was on my way to Condor to pickup a 14T they only had a 15T so I guess I may be spinning but really have no idea what to expect but looking forward to it. -

my physio has told me not to ride the bike for 4 weeks…
am I going to listen - Fuck no
am I going to be there tomorrow - Fuck yesPhysios ALWAYS do that--when will they learn that they might as well be talking to a wall for all the vanishingly small likelihood that someone who likes riding bikes is actually going to follow their advice?
The best thing is to go to someone who devises a treatment for you that you can follow while still out riding (even if at a reduced rate--blanket bans just don't work). But finding such a person isn't all that easy, it seems.

I'm still getting over this chest infection, and a friends got a big b'day alldayer planned, and I really need to do some domestic flat stuff, so I'm out!
I'll be down for about 10.30 to collect me pedals off gizmond but I'll not be staying, have a good day on the track people..seriously jealous.
reminder to self, bug jimbilly so I can build wheels, can't ride a track, let alone a bike if you don't have wheels...

All the hard work I put in over winter is starting to pay off now.

I can scan barcodes really quickly now, and with the amount of power I'm putting through the date stamp, there's a definite flex in the ink pad.
Can't wait till the Easter Hold Periods Omnium starts in a couple of weeks...
