Gotta admit i'm tempted to go and buy a nice big 4x4 and nudge into any cyclist that I see not paying 100% attention, y'know, just at 5mph, just to teach them a lesson, no harm in that eh?
Though i'm sure the big bad car driver was to blame for you purposely crashing into him, people pull out of side junctions on others all the time, get used to it ffs, yes, there are some idiot rich kids who drive cars like that, but there are also a lot of very enthusiastic drivers that do, and I can't imagine they'd be overly pleased with you purposely crashing into them, how about if you jumped a red light and someone decided to nudge into you, only at 5mph of course, just to teach you a lesson, i'm sure we'd never hear the end of that.

**Please note.
**It has been brought to my attention that Milke is both older and wiser than I. I have also been informed that he shares his Birthday with the Lord Our Saviour, BMMF. Thus making his opinion more valid than mine. Please allow me to recind all of my previous comments.
Rescindment accepted. I am also unbearably stubborn and am never wrong

i just think that this was a pointless thing to do...it sounds as if we as cyclists are now trying to teach car drivers a lesson for not having road sense.

This nonsense makes me want to cut off my head.
Are you serioulsy suggesting parrallels between a cyclist hitting a car at 5mph and a 2 ton car hitting a cyclist at 5mph?Do you have any grasp of physics?

We're both Taurus*, in case you hadn't guessed (and were interested in that sort of voodoo).
*and we disagree over this issue - how the fuck is that going to pan out?!?

not about physics....more simple common sense, common sense tells me not to hit something for no reason......and looking like he was going to pull out of a side road is not really a reason.(not in my eyes)

It means we are both right but can never meet and discuss it, kind of like not being able to have different atoms occupying the same place and time in space. There could be trouble ahead

Do to other as you would have done unto yourself.
This kind of behaviour is fucking inexcusable.
I find it especially disgusting that you say that the alchohol in your system from the night before was part of what influenced your decision to crash into the guy, should this become a passable excuse for crashing into people?

Sounds workable. If we're both in the right in each others' eyes by agreeing to disagree, this thread can be closed in the knowledge that everyone else's opinion is redundant.
That's Rollapaluza teamwork in action, folks.

Sheep are underrated lovers, and I mean lovers not just fuck buddies. You can snuggle up to a sheep after doing the bad thing but not to a chicken or horse. Please keep you prejudges to yourself Scott. -

Harsh words. Next time I am driving. I am going to start pulling out in front of cyclists traveling downhill at 20mph, especially if they look like they may be good enough to stop in time or avoid my car.
But if its you mechanical, I will just drive straight into you

Don't be so pompous.
It's not the riding while drunk i object too, it's the fact that mikec used his drunkeness to justify his decision to crash into the car.
