if you really want it, then yes, pay for it via paypal and end it. ebay rules show you have a stronger case once you've paid for the item.

also, ebay rules state that a seller can't refuse payment on an item won at auction.

to what degree any of bay's rules are in line with the law i have no idea, and the ebay website isn't particularly helpful there. sorry.

eBay is a toothless tiger if he doesn't want to sell it there's fuck all eBay can do about it. You should just look for another frame. It's unfortunate for sure.

Hussy should have put an ebay reserve on the frame set. If he/she had done, none of this mess would have happened.
