Kind of wishing I hadn't left this watch on my desk with a magnetic charging cable.

Long shot probably, but I’m looking for one of these… let me know if you got one to move on. Thanks

I had a saved search for these Ref. 5M63-0A50 for ages, but they've become seemingly much more sought after of late, so I had put it to the back of my mind...Until I started looking at field watches again.
Luckily I found one in excellent condition (albeit without the orignal bracelet) with a listing ending at an awkward time so snapped it up. -

Even better in sunlight. Preferred it on the NATO though personally.

:) Thanks pal.
My wrist was between buckle holes on both the NATOs that I had spare so either too tight or annoyingly loose. I think a green one would look good though

This is lovely, chrono second?

The button at 2 is for battery check, IIRC.
You push that and the seconds hand pings round to show how much charge is in the capacitor, then returns to where it should be.
Yeah, brand new it's a bit pricey... maybe save up and see if one comes up on eBay in the meantime? I was more patient than usual with my Searambler and got a great deal, especially that it's a limited edition (I think there's one or two on Chrono24 and they're both over £4k which is a bit crazy). In the long run, I think it's worth it to wait for the right one if you think you'll keep it. But yeah, definitely go and have a look at them in the flesh - I think you'll be surprised how different they are.
