Alright kiddos. Hoping you might be able to help me track down a couple of old g shocks I had back in the days:

Both round designs with fabric straps. I seem to remember the blue/green had translucent casing around the movement, and the grey/white had a hologram on the strap. Beyond that, I'm scoobied.

Any ideas?

DW002/003 were popular in that era, and had a squillion variations

Oh man this is awesome, I am going to spend all day on this. I think it's a DW002 from first glance, the straps look bang on, but as you say, thousands of variations. Will spend a bit of time. It's burned into that bit of my subconscious where as soon as I see it, I'll recognise it. Thank you.

EDIT: Found the grey! The hologram is called 'tough label' and I loved it with all my heart.

@Scilly.Suffolk a singer in a metal band, but during that period where metal bands dressed like rappers / skaters. It was a dark time.

I played with some truly terrible (and wonderful) bands but never quite at that level. Biggest we ever got was places like the LA2 where Delonge wouldn't be seen dead at. It'd be a valid concern at that time too. Soho used to be rough.

I don't think so, it's very bulky. As much as I like the look, I don't think it'll work.

(And I don't post all the ''keepers'' anymore hehe, there's too many and clearly some folks are not amused.)
