  • Half the fun is sifting through the various options...

I mean, the skydweller red pip... Whats not to like.

  • We doing this again?

1675 because other than a 6542, which you're not gonna buy, it's the best looking GMT ever made.

I would prefer to buy new, which rules this out really as a NOS one is going to be £!

  • be someone

    Looks like kitchen equipment

  • What is your favourite GMT?

I don't know the space well enough to say, really. I quite like the Lange & Sohne time zone, but £!

  • New you say? Saxonia Dual Time.

Edit: you beat me by a few seconds.

  • The Grand Seiko's sometimes excite me but sometimes leave me cold, which is probably telling me that that's not the right choice (and because I've said that I'll probably buy one this weekend....)

  • and because I've said that I'll probably buy one this weekend...

    problem solved

  • but quite large at 43.5...

  • Are you just trying to buy the watch that everyone else wants?

  • This.. although new might be a challenge

  • Are you just trying to buy the watch that everyone else wants?

    Street cred innit

  • the answer is obvious.

    1. Rolex
    2. PP
    3. AP

Pay over the dollah and be done with it. Everyone will think youre wonderful.

  • Could it be that I’m interested in what others know of different GMT watches- watches that I might be unaware of, or only know a very little about?

  • Have you tried visiting a popular watch website like Hodinkee or Fratello, or a retailer like Watches of Switzerland, or a marketplace like Chrono24, searching for “GMT” and seeing if anything takes your fancy?

  • Could be a good opportunity to dip into the Tudor GMT.

    Zodiac also look fun.

  • You were interested in Doxa; kill two bird with one stone?

I think you put too much effort in “let me Google that for you”.

  • Google says

28 Best GMT Watches For Men

20 BEST GMT WATCHES FOR WORLD TRAVELLERS

  • Would take some stones to rock this

  • I try my best, Ed.

Even wilder idea - searching this thread for “GMT” would probably turn up a bunch of GMTs that we like, including from the last few times Dammit has asked.

  • And, indeed, if what I was after was pictures of watches and/or the advertising copy that goes with them then I'd be well served by going that route.

Asking people for their own input seems to have met with fierce resistance, so let's park this.
