I can't find the one I posted but here's the ''limited edition'' (of 10 000 probably knowing Seiko :-) )
https://www.seikowatches.com/uk-en/products/prospex/spb149j1Edit: it says there - limited edition of 5500 pieces

Yes - you can't buy that right now, either, so reckon they aren't here yet.

Shouldn’t be long now hopefully.

Gnomon (who are in Singapore) have JDM stock of the black one now so they should be coming through pretty soon.

Edit: sold out already it seems. I think these are going to be popular.

It’s Friday folks! What’s on your wrist.
This really is my only way of seeing the weeks go by, furlough finishing next week so I may actually know some different days of the week when I get back to work! -

Steel SD40 today. Such a good size.
I've had this for 9 years or so. Bought it second hand, its serial numbered <50 so it must be about 12 years old. Why am I saying this? The strap still smells of cocoa butter after 12 years!

Re: your lost screw - drop an email to Timefactors or register on the associated forum and ask (timezone?) about replacements or at the very least the dimensions so you can hunt for a substitute. Have you used all the bracelet links? If not there’ll be a spare screw in one of them...
Not sure about threadlock, if I had a persistent problem with one screw I would use a teensy dab. -

Love a blue dial vintage Seiko 👌

Those smudges on the sub dial are bothering me. Any tips for cleaning?

Yes. Don't. It won't work.
That's probably light corrosion on the metal of the dial, not a smudge or mark on the paint. The paint would be lacquered anyway. Raedial would be your only option but that would ruin the watch.

Nice! Does it keep time well?

Wearing this lovely Longines Flagship Heritage today. I have hard times finding a decent stainless strap for it though.

These aren't available in the UK yet, are they?
