The only disappointing thing is that the glass has been replaced with a very slightly wavy cheap acrylic one, which the ebay seller didn't mention.
Looks nice, though it depends just how bad the patination on the dial is. I doubt that watch ever had a glass crystal on it, though I know nothing of that brand, so I could be wrong. I'd guess that it being wavy is down to having some deeper scratches polished out. Simple and cheap to replace, so not really an issue, it can be done when you get it serviced or at least checked out by your watchmaker.

Web of stories did a series of video interviews with him. Really fascinating; I love the way he talks. Very precise, like his watches.

He was buried yesterday.
he had an amazing collection of classic cars. 30+ in the procession
He's been on Ice as so many people wanted to be there to pay their respects. Some mighty fine private jets down at the airport yesterday. -

a friend of mine can make you a bespoke watch strap with one or two holes. leather, crocodile or lizard. stingray is also possible but much more expensive. i am going to get a selection of the leathers and skins available then i'll put a picture up on this thread.
they cost between £50-60 and will be made from scratch to your specification. top skin , under skin , width at each end, number of holes, length, colour.
i've seen one and it looks lovely. -
