Doesn't look like it.

When you say “proper” GMT, is it the Pepsi aesthetic that you’re after, or the jumping local hour functionality?
I’ve probably said this before but you really should take a look at some of the Grand Seiko GMTs IRL if you haven’t already. If you want a brand new GMT of Rolex quality at around Rolex RRP or less, they’re really the only option. SBGE211 is a really nice watch. The SBGJ201 / 203 (? IIRC) are beautiful but you might find them too thick or too shiny (I did).

SBGE201 has the rotating bezel and lume, but also a rotated date at 4. SBGJ219 is a less sporty option, strap rather than bracelet.

I mean the jumping hour hand. I would like a rotating bezel as well though.

Ok. Well all the GS GMTs have the jumping hour hand, but only the SBGE201 and its colour variants have the rotating bezel.

The Tudor GMT is pretty nice imo. Current GMT master 2 is too bling for me like most modern rollies.

I almost bought the Tudor at Christmas, but they had a previous generation GMT Master II in the shop and the difference in height is astonishing, once I'd seen them side by side I knew that if I bought the Tudor I'd always see the other watch when I looked at it, if that makes sense.
I also agree about the current gen - I don't like the bracelet, and I think I'd prefer an aluminium bezel to ceramic so that it could fade (if I wear it enough in the sun).

Aluminum bezel wins all day over the cereamic. The ceramic has no life to it, material and longevity wise I totally get it but aesthetically it's weak in my opinion. The only watch I feel it works on Rolex wise is the Daytona.
Same about the Tudor. If it was thinner case wise it eould be perfect and the blue in certain lights goes black so you basically get a Pepsi and a Coke all in one. -

There is a rare variant that I wasnt aware of GMT wise where the whole GMT hand is red. Its on the "Master" one the "Master II" though.

Okay I brought a Seiko SKX007 (7s26-0020) base on forum recommendation many years ago before it's all about the thousand quid watches;
The minutes is getting a little too fast and found myself having to wind it back, is there's a shop in London I can give my Seiko to have a look and see if it's fixable? (currently near Catford).

Okay, look like it turn into a ten of thousand quids watches thread now.

Swing by on a Friday and it’s still hundred quid Seikos.

Depending how fast it is, there is a regulator screw under the case back, (has a +/- symbol) turn it to the - to slow it down a little.

That's good to know, I'm gonna give it a couple of days of wearing to ensure accurate movements as the watch relied on hand movement to wind up, I have not mentioned that I worn my cheap yellow Casio at work mean it get a sporadic "wind up".

Interesting bezel, not seen it like that (thought it was pieces broken off until I realised they're symmetrical).
New Bezel or original?

Aftermarket bezel insert. Based on some historic watch. French anti mine divers iirc.

Got you, it's a nice change from the all blue and pepsi bezels, it's a nice touch.

It took me about a fortnight to self regulate. I used the app ‘Toolwatch’ to see my changes.

Hey Ed, there’s almost certainly nothing wrong with your watch except it’s got slightly magnetised, so before you prize the back off and start poking around you need to get it demagnetised.
Download the Lepsi phone app or similar depending on your phone and measure the gauss level.

Have you not bought enough watches to get on someone's list yet?
