Can we do this online? I haven't got all day you know.

  • this just sold for £284.00 not working, fault unknown. i thought it might get to 80.00 if that. ebay auction item number 380192202824 **1976 Omega Montreal Olympic SEAMASTER Chrono-Quartz **

  • My watch arrived. I took it to the shop to adjust the strap since I didn't have anything here to poke the pins out and couldn't be arsed waiting. Then find the shop closes early and I have to wait until tomorrow anyway.

At least I have another night to learn how to tell time..

  • can't you poke your pins with a pin?

  • ^^ you beat me to it. also pic on wrist please tomorrow.

  • I've got a proper pin poker if you need to make further adjustments.

  • haha, pointless having a bloody watch then :p

  • It's set now dickhead.

  • I kill you.

  • Stop touching me!

  • but..............

  • Can anyone recommend a good place to get a watch serviced / repaired? I've got a 70's automatic Tissot Seastar that doesn't keep very good time anymore

    Thanks

  • somewhere on the burlington arcade? plenty of vintage watch shops there...

  • Swiss time services if it needs a proper job
    http://www.swisstimeservices.com/

  • A few years old and as tough as they get.

I had a traser (not this model) a few years ago which I bloody loved then some fuck stole it from a house party. My own fault not to have been wearing it.

Might well get another as a replacement (but I'll also trawl through this thread to see alternatives :)
