Strong page fellas. Looking forward to seeing an update on that Magrette with patina - seems like they chose a specific bronze with patina in mind which is cool.

Been lurking here for long enough to have begun to consider expanding my collection past a single quartz Seiko. Wondering what variant speedmaster this is (jewellers wasn't open) as can't easily Google it.

It's a 3511.50.00. Not my kinda watch, but here's one, sans box and papers in very nice condition for £1692.

Yep, all good to be worn to a depth of light drizzle on the commute home.

That price is silly if you ask me, perhaps double what is the top end of sensible for an excellent example, but I may be wrong.

Its a hacking movement as well, which is a nice little fillip, as it wasnt running when I got it.

Huge lugs, huge starp and fat old onion. Those are the reasons that I love this watch, and that others hate it.
