What time is it? Watches and horology

I really like that. I'd previously looked at, and then talked myself out of, their Ocean Vintage GMT (the McQueen explorer homage) but your option is much cleaner.

Sinn's already been mentioned, but on a further German tip, Muhle have a couple of options - the Terrasport IV GMT has got a similar look to your Steinie so it might be up your street, and the Seebataillion (sp?) GMT is sportier but still quite stripped back. You can get either for under £2k on Chrono24.

That Steinhart didn’t exist when I got my Oris GMT - not sure if the size is much different but the crown doesn’t protrude as much. Currently doing some travel duties...

Love it, new crystal with a service and that’ll be amazing.

Had very good results on my similar age Rolex just using polywatch at £3.85

Alsal will fix the crystal up and they probably won't even charge you...

That's really nice but, for that kind of money, i prefer the Christopher Ward C65 GMT:

There are various Squale GMTs with ETA 2893s in that price band. Zodiac Aerospace GMT worth looking at as well.

I like that... Not sure what it is tthat does it.

Sinn do 27 different styles of GMT. Eat your heart out.

Best option yet, although sold out and being flipped by scalpers for 2x the original price.

Terrasport IV GMT and Oris Big Crown are contenders, need to see what works on my wrist with that sort of size. Christopher Ward C65/C60 also good but will wait and see if they turn up in a sale.
