I scored a good condition 1978 Seiko (7546-6040) on Monday that looks not too dissimilar to that Timex, still in transit.

Seiya Japan have it. 🤭
I got mine from Gnomon. The UK price is a bit painful.

I've got one in green that I'm thinking about selling.

Is that not the 62MAS style one? I sold my blue one of those. This is the Marinemaster style one. Similar price, same movement, hands, crown, bracelet etc., but different case, dial and bezel.
There is a green one coming later this year, though.

Shows how much I've worn it! No idea!

Heh, the main differences are the case shape and the hour markers, plus the 62MAS style ones have the crown at 3 rather than down at 4.
This was my SPB053.

I think it will need a very sympathetic service/restoration. I think it's late 50's but vintage Omega my subject not Rolex Submariners.

Do you know anything about this? I got it from omega forums a while. Don’t know much about it apart it being a late 40s/early 50s bumper

Couldn't resist this Seiko turtle when I was in Japan the other week. The domestic market version (SBDY015) with a kanji day wheel.
