T'was GBP2300 (same is high st?) because I was flying within the pestilent confines of the EU. Had I not been, duty free price was just under two large.

I own a 1940's JLC pilot's watch. It's nice, but I need to service it at some point. I also have an original case and dial for a 1940's WWW model, but I need to find a spare movement for it. One day!

I can't get West Two jewellers to respond to me (in the US right now), they've had my watch for a month and nothing. Can someone validate that they are still trading?

Called West 2, watch all done, they just hasn't contacted me to let me know they'd done it, or what it cost. Which I still don't know as the lady put the phone down. Let's hope it's reasonable!
