Excuse the phone picGreat watch Graham!
If you don't have a deployment clasp buy one as soon as possible.
Can't wait to see your IWC up close.

Thinking the time has come to replace the lost 21st birthday watch I got - I think it's this:

Actually finding one at a reputable seller seems a bit of a challenge, but I'm sure it's possible.
Note to self: Do not take watch off when not at home. Ever. You are incapable of remembering to pick it up and it will be gone.
Maybe I can persuade mum that I was just keeping it safely in a drawer all these years :)

It's a beaut!
Why the urgent need for a deployment clasp? Anyway, they're about £4/500!?

My bro's watch, I'm not too keen on it...

I'm a sucker for clunky soviet tech:
This is now on its way from Ukraine, 1960's Molnija russian aviator watch...

Sinn U1 finally on it's way back from Germany being serviced.
Apparently they've been emailing me for weeks to tell me it;s ready, but my work spam filter has been catching it.
Something from a domain called sinn in germany is bound to be porn, right? -

Problem with the Panerai is it's massive. Can look a bit silly on mortals.
(Altho they do a smaller 40mm dia. version)
-
• #1268
that panerai looks so solid, well done mr cutter.
-
• #1269
+1 panerai = gorgeous
As for the Omega Seamaster that Pistanator has just sold... :'( had I been less busy and on the forum a bit more, I'd have bit your hand off at the freakin' wrist (just above the watch!).
Jeeezus absolutely fabulous, been after one for a while, and 350 notes seems rather cheap for the condition (which was presumably why it sold so fast?).
sigh will keep looking...

unfortunately only for a couple of hours and had to give it back after photographing. -

Nice choice.
Haggling for watches is expected.
Try Wempe on Bond Street as well as WoS if going for a new IWC.
