One of my colleagues just looked at my Junghans and said "Thats a poofs watch that is".
Nice guy.
Where do you work? In the warehouse at Wernham Hogg?
What was he wearing?
I probably wouldn't talk to him again.
I'd guess a Sekona or Pulsar.
A baby G?
Fucking Neanderthal.
He wears a quartz Tonino Lamborghini Sypder. Rose gold plated instead of SS around the carbon.

Its alright though. He thinks my Lolex is real so I'm winning the twat-off.

He sounds like a prize tool.

He might wear it, but he paused over the display case...

That is one of the most foul watches I have ever seen. I feel genuinely sorry for him.

I recently inherited my grandfathers 1960's Zenith dress watch and had it polished and serviced. It's easily the most beautiful thing I've ever owned - will try to get some decent photographs taken soon.

Oo, lovely, I'm partial to a Zenith, got two myself.

My girlfriend just woke me up with a very touching present to say thanks for some stuff.
I'm a very lucky chap. And yes Murtz, she did get a buckle thrown in too.

Not the biggest watch in my collection if you count watches with hyperdomed crystals. It is 45mm...same as my Casio Protrek..

This might be a bit low rent for the aficionados on this thread but I would like a smart watch to wear with a suit for around £100 - looking at the Swatch Irony Chronos but are there any other recommendations?
Feel free to heap with scorn if I'm far too cheap ;)
thanks

Are there any fairly dressy Seiko 5s for that money? You should be able to find something.
-
• #10148
Seiko's tend to be excellent value for money, or look into something we a nice reliable movement from miyota or citizen, should keep fairly accurate time and last for a few years.
I'm currently wearing my Orient Mako divers. They are sublime value, Orient are a subsidiary of Seiko but are one of the few entry level watch company's that produce their own movements in house- some good deals to be found Here

Does Seiko stop working when you don't wear it for a prolonged period of time? mine seemed to start when I put it on, but when not worn for a long period, it stopped working.
