Sell the pashley instead?
Charge is releasing a singlespeed mixte soon if that interested your lady.
-
• #178
Yeah, will sell the Pashley and invest the cash back into a new bike.

I think it's perfect.
You should ask your missus if she want to have some kind of basket or a rack though.

This was posted in the ebay/craigslist thread, thought i'd stick it here as well just incase some of the ladies don't check the that thread.

No seatpost adjustment possible, methinks.

Silly you, never heard of rubber seatposts?
-
• #193
Even in this boring shiny black its beautiful.
I also wondering about seat post... -
• #194
My Favorit frame only takes about 4-5cms of seatpost, due to the ovalized tubing.
No biggie, as long as the seatstays meet the ST, above the deepest point of insertion of seatpost, no?... if that makes sense. -
• #195
I try to overcome the depth of HT join for 2-4cm at least when i choose classic aero posts
cause i 've seen some cracked frames below the seat lug.
I think welded frames are more fragile there but riders less than 75kg should not
worries about. Heavier riders should always be gentle with their bikes after all... -

Limited seatpost or not. That is gorgeous.

Hilary Stone has a lovely little green tourer in his latest thread: http://www.lfgss.com/thread56128.html#post1816977
