I listened to the Kaycee Mokum set from a few pages back during my intervals. I don't think my ticker can handle more 200bpm so I'm playing the rest of Essential Mix - Billy Nasty (03-11-2001) which reminds me of Melbourne.

Googling says it was by D-tox which is Gordon Tennant not sure if the original was on the same record? The one I posted is the one that keeps coming up which is the one from his album. I did find a new remix though

Just listening to the Perc HOR set from the Techno thread and recognised the sample from this

Those chosen few tracks along with name of the dj are some of my all time favourite gabber. Clarke, Producer and Scorpio used to play those all the time. Peak Technodrome memories for me.

I've never heard a distorted 200+ bpm 909 kickdrum played on anything louder than home kit. #sadface

The Technodrome room at the sanctuary was full on. Really low ceilings always packed and boiling hot and really loud. I had to take regular breaks as it was so hot and would come out steaming. I'd often quit when Loftgroover came on.

Well, I ate lunch today but I've not moved much from the sofa.

Just drinks at my local but got involved in a tap takeover and I did my usual trick of not eating dinner which made it quite a bit worse.

That's my favourite trick too, not eating anything then having a shed load of high ABV brews 🤮

Yeah, I wish I had a timer or something that would shut me down before I have too many. But I generally have fun drinking, so it's only the next day when I don't have so much fun. Had to push my Sat training back again today. :S
