Sorry I'm having to bail guys. I've had a 12 hour day exhibiting my work and I've never been so knackered in my life. I'LL organise the next one!

just bailed after westminster bridge as im cream crackered. really good ride, a reasonable pace was being made, not too many punctures and no issues with cars etc so far.
hope the rest of the ride continues in this manner, was wicked to see so many people i havent seen in ages.

Overslept? :)
Funny =P
Due to technical difficulties I couldn't take part in the ride after getting to the start point, so I used public transport to get home, big mistake.

Well.. I went to my brothers to watch the rugby with the intention of catching the ride at some point (he lives near the Albert bridge so thought if needs be I could just wait for you guys to hit chelsea embankment) but stayed for match of the day and after a couple of nice ales and some call of duty it was 1:45am so I just rode home and hit a pretty good pace down the embankment and camberwell new road/church road which was fun..
Next time when there's not a six nations grand slam decider I'll dedicate my day to getting ready for the bridges.

Millenium bridge fail for a few. Good ride and the pace was faster than expeted. Enjoyed speaking to a few of you, see you on another meet soon.

Cracking ride. Good to see familiar faces and meet some new ones (who mostly seemed to be called Adam from what I remember).
Highlights:
Hearing about Adam's nicked bike being recovered.
Being in Parliament Square as Big Ben struck midnight.
The noise of bikes over the Millenium Bridge,
Lost in Fulham, gradually finding more and more riders till we hit the main pack again. Not feeling quite so chirpy now.

Was the mist coming in? I can imagine quite a few people would've washed out if they'd been a bit cocky and were dodging in and out of people.

^ Haha, possible that did happen in the main pack but the primary fail was stragglers skipping it out altogether and being faced by around 70 oncoming cyclists on southwark bridge.

well i am in a world of pain (fatigue). I think a day in front of the tv watching shit and eating is the only cure!
-
• #470
I discovered on the way back why we were so fast early on... tailwind + cold. Which meant that the way back was headwind + cold.
Damn great ride though.

Haha, the ride was 1 Adam down, too! (I didn't make it due to fucked knee/fucked headset combo)

Good knees up and always a pleasure meeting new faces and one or two from the past
I'm sure we missed out a couple of bridges though?

Just to say thanks to Bike Destroyer for accidentally starting this ride. Hope you had a good one.
Thanks also to |3|Ma3k & MultiGrooves for making sure everybody got around safely and anybody else who acted as a stop.

only footbridges with stairs........not tha fun.....
best moments were
- At easts, george sprinting off down bricklane-go after him and the guy's all like, come down this alley with me......moron.
- The Stairs In fulham,
- It's Glaaaaaass not glAss.
- nosferatu's usual antics. Maniac.
- realising 175 cranks might be a bit long on a spinny gear
- shouting 'go' and everyone going at parliament sq. it was cold.
- That crazy guy on the lemond being so totally onit. MOTHERFUCKA!

Awesome ride. Really enjoyed the overall pace, helped a lot by a distinct lack of punctures and wipeouts.
Loved going over the Millenium Bridge then rounding the corner to see half the pack coming the wrong way over Southwark Bridge.
Feel great today, nice to blow out some cobwebs on the sprints.
Meeting with a couple of peeps at the Church on the corner of High St Ken / Kensington Church St at 9.00 if any others want to tag on.
