Nah - central league training day. Which was rather good.

Of which my favourite bit was when the chap in front of me rolled a tubeless tyre. Almighty bang, sealant shower.
Rest of the race was uneventful. Seniors racing separately from vets / ladies so a very small field resulting in a fairly lonely race if you can't keep up with the pack.

Do endurance cyclocross events exits? More cross country, less stop start but hours in teh saddle.
Want to race cross country or enduro mountain bike, but apparently that doesn't happen over winter.

I've taken to blending things - like cake - with full fat milk in an attempt to remedy the situation. If I can get up to 65kg I'll be over the moon, honestly.
