Great to see that that's how the track started.

• #7903
Probably hit a pole when checking to see what was going on behind.

Wish I'd drunk beer.
Am drinking beer now -

Were you on the mash? You looked alright!
-
• #7910
Yep twas me, I had a freewheel ready to fit but I finished my sighting lap with 0 mins before the start...meant I could have a little sprint at the end but the stony climb was a bit much
-
• #7911
That was intense. I thought there might be some cooling breeze on the course but, alas, no. The gravelly corner of doom caught a few people out, so I hear.
-
• #7912
My tekkers on that corner were phenomenal. Such speed. And grace.

Bamby on ice?
-
• #7914
It would have been nice not to start from the back.

• #7915
Well done on the win!
All those zwift sessions have paid off!

• #7916
I really like that course. Shame I always seem to puncture! DNF

• #7917
I see someone got DQ...

• #7918
Too hot for that shit now. I see Freddy was flying until he pulled out: what happened there?
-
• #7919
puncture unfortunately. think I would have been caught by Stephen Gibson but might have stayed away as it looks like he punctured too. was feeling good up until the puncture so that was nice (the feeling, not the puncture).

Think of it as Mario Cross.

• #7921
Going to remember this every time I hop hurdles/logs

puncture unfortunately.
Frylands the Destroyer of Tyres

Wotcha! Also a back-starter - made for an interesting first lap. Was just getting into a rhythm on the second when my front went pfffffffffft as a cm long gash appeared from nowhere. I'm guessing it was some flint.

I think you'll find it is:
Frylands, first of its name, destroyer of Tyres, killer of mechs, lord of the gravel washout. -
• #7925
Its great fun on a short travel MTB though
If it hasn't rained.
I see Andy is on the floor again.
