Cyclocross - CX and SSCX races and training

Challenge Griffo's are now sans tubes.

Are they sealed? Have you ridden them yet?

Has anyone previously ridden the course being used for the London League team champs on the 7th, at Great Walstead school?

I dropped the bike into Soho Bikes this morning, the report I have back from them is that they are sealed, the ride home tonight will reveal more (possibly that I have a long walk ahead of me).

More in depth research (i.e. how do they perform off-road) to follow.

Stayed up all the way home, which I am happy about. I think they impressed the chap in the BMW who jumped the lights by the Horniman whilst on his phone, so that's a win as well.

And at what (from the squeeze test) appears to be full pressure as I left the house this am).

Wow! Good work Dammit.

They may belch out all their air and sealant the second they hit grass mind you.

All the drama from the U23s aside, it was a fantastic Elite Woman's race.

The U23 race was pretty exciting too.

But I agree, the Elite Women's race was, once again, a great race. 5 riders in it with a lap to go and it was hard to tell who was going to win. My 6 year old was getting very excited watching the last lap.

Oh wow, that last sentence suggests she has seriously pushy parent(s).

Really? I was watching it on my laptop in the dining room, she wondered over and asked what I was watching, ask who was winning, then sat down and watched the last lap. No pressure from me.

I think, perhaps, @owlz was referring to reports that Van Den Driessche's brother is serving a ban for EPO use, which does seem to have been edited out of the article, and not a critique of your own parenting.
