Poo! I can't join in this week 'cos I still haven't found my pitlock key yetI'll be 'servicing my clientelle' *until 9.00pm

Exedown is a proper hill I'd say- good luck.

Borrowed this route to ride today, started out from home and couldn't quite manage Exedown hill on 48x18 so fucked it off and got the train from Borough Green. Bit gutted as I now realise I was closer to the top than I though.

Nice ride though, just watch out for the locals going silly speeds in their 4x4s.

Once you come out of the trees and bend to the right it's about another 200m to the top.

PS Will need this ride, haven't been on a bike in 5 days, and won't today, and won't until tomorrow evening, and all I have done in between is be ill and eat a lot.

I have cleaned it though!

Make sure you lube that chain too....
