I'm not great at bike fits but I get by enough to not be in pain while riding. I recently went from drops with cross tops and riding like it was a flat bar most of the time to pursuit bullhorns which has lowered/forwarded my position lots have also invested in cutting down what I carry so lighter/smaller pump+tools+bag+lock. One of the side effects is when stopping at lights now and then the back wheel will lift but since I started clipping in I'm always left foot unclipped as I stop so it's not so bad. Any simple fixes for shifting myself back without changing my riding position too much?

Your bars are the wrong way round, see skrtluv's thread for details

drink more pints more often.

you're centre of gravity has changed
you're weight is now positioned more towards the front axles thus moving weight away from the rear of the bike
hover you're ass way out the back of the bike over the rear axle for breaking -

Your saddle needs to come back and down to keep the distance from the bb the same.. which probably means you need a seatpost with some layback and a shorter stem.

Also, don't slam your front brake on.

Finally set my road bike. Today I did a test ride.I did 15km 5.8km uphill. Took me 45min to complete it. (Strava or it didn't happen: http://www.strava.com/activities/124335562/)
Around km 4 I noticed that my saddle was pointing to the sky and an increasing lower back pain.
So, my cuestion is: What caused the lower back pain? Poor bikefit or me pushing the gears with my back? Should I rise/shorten the stem?More or less bike is set like this: http://i.imgur.com/FZwsAfd.jpg
On my track bike saddle is 77cm from bb with 165mm cranks.
On road is ~75* with 172.5 cranks.
There are 2-3cm of spacers above the stem.
Saddle to handlebar is around 56cm
Saddle setback is around 6cm.
Also this: http://i.imgur.com/HNCxgm1.jpg worked quite well on my track/tarck bike. Have done up to 100km rides with no back pain.- It's on the seatpost min. insertion.
Cheers.

Look at the bike, he's obviously not going to spend £200+ on a fit ;]

Increase the weight over the rear wheel. See my suggestion above.

Too poor for Scherrit? TOUGH TITTIES!
Not enough time to hoof yourself out to the middle of nowhere to see Scherrit? TOUGH TITTIES!
In pain now and fancy finding a way to fix your bike so it doesn't hurt now rather than in four month's time when the problem will likely be much worse? TOUGH TITTIES!
There will be no help to be found for you in LFGSS's famous bikefit thread, apart from the handful of weirdos above who are getting everything completely wrong and apparently actually trying to offer assistance o.O

I'm going to complicate things and suggest that this:
http://www.competitivecyclist.com/Store/catalog/fitCalculatorBike.jsp
To me was a good starting point.
Learned I need a setback seatpost (never knew) but it feels better having seat more back wards and that a slight drop between saddle/bars is more comfy for me.
yes bikefits are always better if you have £200 lying around somewhere

do you have a bike to get fitted to?
Just been for a fit at Mosquito bikes. It was really good, unfortunately I found out my fixed bike is really too small for me, it's a 52 and I really need a 54, saddle 5cm too low at least and would need more steerer and spacers (eek) to bring my bars up on my current bike. New road bike will be awesome but now I need a new fixed frame too.. Haha!
