£500 for a P-X Stealth frameset. They're certainly not the best but they do the job.

No idea about Ribble frame. No need to buy new though, even with the cycle scheme buying used might get you a better bike.

Nothing wrong with them, I've ordered some that have the extension slung under the bar as The Hyena Langster has such a long headtube so these are surplus to requirements.

Heh, I didn't lock my bike at all last time we went- but it was leant up next to Iain, who would have hugged whoever tried to teef it.

I reckon you'll be ok with standard locking precautions.

One lock should suffice at the Albert. You could get away with none if it was sunny or someone was feeling generous.
