  • Bang!

  • Don't listen to him Sam.. crossers are dirty, skinny bastards. They only feed once a year on newborn babies.

  • Nothing wrong with using a road bike to TT on.

    standing by this.

until a magical mega-fancy tt bike falls from the heavens into my lap, then screw you guys.

I know, I'm perfectly happy racing on a road bike, but it's that whole new bike thing.

  • Do it properly and save for a P5 or a Shiv then :)

£500 for a P-X Stealth frameset. They're certainly not the best but they do the job.

  • Or do a me and buy a second hand PX from eBay.

  • So based on these comments, the Ribble frame is no good?

  • Or buy my qroo...

  • Missing the important cyclescheme bit.

  • No idea about Ribble frame. No need to buy new though, even with the cycle scheme buying used might get you a better bike.

  • 3rd pb in a row tonight, down to 26.00. Considering the wind tonight that should be easily beaten next week...

  • 31:32 tonight, in pissing rain and a gale, on the Pompetamine

  • Anyone have a use for these?

Nothing wrong with them, I've ordered some that have the extension slung under the bar as The Hyena Langster has such a long headtube so these are surplus to requirements.

  • what's the poster on the right Neil?

  • How much Dammit?? :D

  • what's the poster on the right Neil?

I reckon it might be from the Track World Championships on June 4th 1976 at East Point Georgia

    ;) I'm not helping much am I :D

  • what's the poster on the right Neil?

    This one?

Or the one behind the bike?

  • How much Dammit?? :D

    £25?

  • £25?

Sold :D which drinks do you go to? still South East?

  • Can do- what's convenient for you?

    I'm in SE23 these days.

  • OK I'll make a trip to the next drinks
The Royal Albert, 460 New Cross Road, SE14 6TJ on a Tuesday?

  • Done, I shall see you there sir.

  • How's bike parking there, how many locks shall I bring :D

  • Heh, I didn't lock my bike at all last time we went- but it was leant up next to Iain, who would have hugged whoever tried to teef it.

I reckon you'll be ok with standard locking precautions.

  • One lock should suffice at the Albert. You could get away with none if it was sunny or someone was feeling generous.

  • £25?

Sold :D which drinks do you go to? still South East?

Damn. I'll take them if he drops out?
