  • Hmmm... well..... only if you explain the pun. I still dont get it.

You know that feeling you get when you're walking down the street and you hear people laughing and you wonder if they are laughing at you and maybe you've got your fly open or some toliet paper hanging out of your belt or you sat in something or something like that... well thats how I feel now.

you need to smoke less of the tongan, my friend.

    :)

  • Which part of "bakery" and "it wasn't specifically a pie issue" did you not understand?

    Pie and Bakery

Greggs serve SHIT. That's the end of matters.

Think otherwise and it just reinforces my belief that the English are born without taste buds :P

Greggs is a welsh gift to the English, hence the level of hatred and amount of disrespect served up in those little fat-laden squalors of Evil.
As for Taste buds, it was the English who invented Taste buds sonny boy, along with sex, tomatos and paper

  • Just got back from Morrison's where my search for vegetarian pies was fruitless. So it's quiche (or "Poofter's Pie" as it's known in Wigan) for me this lunchtime. The side dish of Organic beetroot probably doesn't do much for my northern credentials either.

the linda mccartney veggie pies are ace!

  • And as with everything else invented over here.. we took it from the fully clothed missionary with the lights out to freaky freaky uh huh swingin' from the roof.. tomatoes. ;P

  • My mate ran / still runs "Pie Minister" stall at festivals.
    they were always good...
well, after a good few days partying anyways.
Hmmmm... whatever - good name mind

  • That Pie Minister mob must be minted now......

  • maybe they can chip in and get a real brandname now.

  • That Pie Minister lamb must be minted now......

    .

  • Everybody who has said that "Greggs does not serve pies" is a clearly London-centric oppressor of the proud Celtic race. Nothing wrong with that, I might add.

FACT - Greggs serve pies in Scotland.

    1) They serve the ungodly (though delicious) "Scotch Pie", which is basically a pastry-wrapped lump of spongy grey material cooked in hot grease.

    2) They also serve "Macaroni Pies". These are fairly self-explanatory and also surprisingly tasty for something that costs <£1.
