  • is Hoy pulling em? I would watch that

  • Highlights of Paris-Tours on ITV4 @ 1pm.

  • Paris-Tours was two weeks ago? That's some late highlights.

  • lol, nothing else on today...

  • cheers Pifko. classics always worth a look

  • I can find only Tractor Pulling on Rural TV, no track. :(

Tractor pulling is awesome. Its like off road drag racing.

  • I know. I saw them once at Timmis Speedway.
I ordered a DVD full of this kind of petrol head shenanigans that I watched as a kid.
It's R2 so I'm still trying to burn a copy that I can watch on my silly non-region-free player.

    All hail horsepower!

  • Repost? I couldn't find a more relevant thread and didn't really want to start another...

Some videos documenting Cervelo Test Team's creation and first season of racing. All in HD too.

  • About time he fucked off from Silenced & Blotto

  • From ealingcycling:

Just a quick note to say one of our members will be on Watch Dog tonight BBC1 at 8.00pm.
Brian Smith was roped in to help build some off-the-shelf bikes from ASDA/Halfords etc to show just how awful they are.
This dove tails nicely with one of our things on our to-do-list regarding what to do with these sorts of bikes that turn up to our Doctor Bikes.
Brian also chatted to Kulveer Ranger the mayor's transport officer.

  • that looks interesting. Cheers.

  • Watchdog with John Humphreys on BBC1 now. Amusing

  • I just made a thread about it :P

  • here!

I was under the impression this one was about races.

  • No, it's about bikes on TV

  • In rides and races section? :)

  • The thread title says it all for me.

  • Track World Cup is on Eurosport now.

  • maybe ann robinsons joining in:

  • Joining in with what?

  • Track World Cup Classics from Beijing is on Eurosport 2 at 8am
    conflicting with:
Live coverage of the final stage of the Tour Down Under - 9am SkySports4

  • so, TDU was on sky sports.. does this means lots more pro cycling will be lost from Eurosport since the advent of Team Sky?

  • No. Sky want to publicise their product, so why would they restrict coverage of the team they sponsor to those who already subscribe to the product?

Plus a lot of races are guaranteed to be free to air under European legislation, such as the Tour, Paris-Roubaix, the Tour of Flanders etc.
