Hi All, I'm currently looking to buy a Precursa frame set, but I'm not sure about wich size would suit me between T56 and T58. I'm 1m84 and my legs are 87cm.
Hope you can help me, and maybe someone let me try is own Precursa.
Thanks for your help.As always - it's about how you like to ride - Go up a size for a more relaxed fit, down a size for a more aggressive ride. Go 2 sizes down for total track-sprint-madness.

I think you meant 2 sizes down for a huge chiropracter bill, 1 size down to wear out the nose of your saddle and 2 sizes up for stretched out aero track sprint madness.

he he. make a pre cursa comfortable. risers or, ............. sell it.
-
• #734
Depends, they are fairly stiff and aggressive so probably never be hugely comfortable for the street but for the track it shouldn't be too hard.
Making a larger one aero with the size of the headtube is a challenge though. I put 17 degree stem and B123s on a 60cm and the front wheel was still miles away.

picking one up on sat next week and wanted to know how tight the clearances are will any 23mm tyre fit or only certain types
i see the fxe does have bigger clearance apart from the clearance and rear brake are there any other noticable differences -
• #737

-
• #739

but if i could get 25 in id be well impressed

depends where the wheel is on the drop out, plenty of room on the chain stays, its the brake bridge area that can be tight

Out of interest how did you tell it was a road fork?
Because it's plain obvious is a Columbus Tusk.
Road fork or not, as long the bike ride and work exactly as it intended, then it's fine.

You don't even need that much cunning to make it fit, slap it halfway and you've made yourself a gap enough to put your thumb in.

Cheers

Just finished my Pre Cursa, could maybe do with losing 10mm off the stem but it feels great fun to ride.

Buys touring fixed frame with rack mounts. Doesn't fit a rack. :| Considered side-entry bottle cages?
Test ride has confirmed that an hour on the track and do neck will snap, re higher bars it will be
