  • 3-4 months for a custom.

7-8 for a standard build. Quicker if they have it in stock.

    7-8 months?

  • 7-8 weeks

  • i love big headtubes
    all im saying

    My big headtube - http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v111/pifko/PICT0015-1.jpg

It's not the size, it's what you do with it that counts...

  • raleigh were masters of the long headtube.

  • that is some headtube!

  • skinny though!

  • ive got a bob jackson, as soon as im allowed too ill upload a picture!

  • Really tall Bob Jackson;

Steve, just upload it to flickr/photobucket/etc. and link it.

  • "hands off my bike!"

  • lovely headtube

  • asm has those in a few colours.

  • Big Bobs rule.

  • waiting for mine to come through cant wait should be here in the next week or so.

  • When did you order it? Just so I can judge when mine might arrive.

  • I ordered it 6 weeks ago yesterday. I rang them up a few weeks ago and they said 6-7 weeks so it shouldn't be long now. When did you order yours?

  • 6 weeks as of this coming Thursday. Fingers crossed.

  • When I first got my bob it did look and feel BIG. But then I soon realised that it's this size for a reason...... it was made to fit me for the track. They have track geometry and this one is Manchester legal so an even higher BB. I'm 5'8 so not the tallest: it looks to me to be for a taller person.

I love it, it is the perfect fit for me and I doubt I'll ever do better. Super comfy, use it every day rain or shine and it makes me smile.

  • this is what I want colour,
    congratulation.

  • God rides a creamy Bob

  • Going to put my order in soon.

Anyone know if it is regarded as a full custom if I request those lovely Paul Comp Track ends (like the BLB version) and remove the bottle cage holes.

Also how do these frames fit 700 size rims?

  • Yep, you'd need to shell out for a full custom job just to get those Paul track-end (and probably the fluted seat-stay too).

700c fit fine, I wasn't aware it can able to have several different wheel size.

  • Full custom cost £100 and it includes the track ends, fluted tube, paint etc.

Bottle bosses there or not are standard to the frame.

  • This is defintely the smallest Bob Jackson I've ever seen!

the colour is really lust too.

  • that headtube is embarrassing

  • I love the fact that the badge JUST about fit in the headtube!
