Don't particularly fancy the bags, but the idea of riding around with the word "VAG" in huge letters on my back does have a strange appeal.

I had a VAG, struggled to get it off. You have to press a button, but it isnt easy to locate.

Yebo, I had a bit of trouble getting it off at first but got the hang of it afterr a ride or two. You should keep practicing.

I couldn't comment on it's efficiency for a courier not being one myself, and it was exluded from being courier-worthy in the definitive list on here, but they've been working on improving it; waterproofing, 3-way anti-sway, increased volume/strap width and so on. But, saying that, most bags I see around London do not seem as though they would hold up well being used for couriering every day in comparison to those listed as courier-worthy, whilst I actually like the look of these and they're well-priced.

If anyone actually wants measurements and proper specs I'll measure up when my order arrives. At the minute i'm just trying to figure out which colour VAGs to order this time around.

With the mixed reaction these bags have got from people on here, this message will not interest everyone, but the first order of VAGX bags has been finalised and they are on their way to London. I have set up a blog from which to sell them until I can get my hands on a bag to produce my own shots, measurements and review for a proper website; I know that it is pretty limited at the minute, working progress and all that, but there are a large number of photographs on there to keep you busy as well as a bit of information from what I have translated.

All the information is on the blog I think, so if anyone does fancy putting their name for one from the shipment due later this month, then my email address is on there, so no need to say anything on here.

Apologies if this isn't of interest to everyone, but I wanted to give anyone who is interested first chance to reserve a bag as I've learnt a lot from loitering in these forums and should probably give something back.

Boring for most of you, but I thought an update was required now that I actually have my hands on my first order of bags. I was a lot happier with my bag than I expected I would be, and my expectations were high enough to bring across thirty of them. I'm in the process of taking photographs, which will be uploaded to the blog i'm selling them from when i've had chance to photographs them all- www.vot-zdyes.blogspot.com - but the bags are really well made and I had a chance to test out their water-resistance yesterday during the downpour, as well as their volume and comfortability. I managed to make it from West to East London carrying
eight hefty hardback books on the history of the Gulag without any complaints nor any problems with leakage (and Vag leakage is always an indication of bigger problems).

I'll be writing a full review when I've had chance to wear my bag a bit more and test it with a few heavier loads, which will go up on the blog with the photos. I will point out that I was stung by Customs so prices have had to be put up by £5 a bag, but I think that I'll personally deliver in London to keep postage down (well, I say London, let's say Zone 2). The numbers on the blog are up to date assuming the reserved items are paid for, so if you're interested drop me an email at aaspden@hotmail.com and we can go from there. I won't say any more on the issue, I'll save the blog for that, I just wanted a final post in here to conclude the thread for anyone googling (you guys are right up there in the top results). Thanks for reading, and hopefully I'll get to see some Vagx bags around London.

like the sag ones a lot actually but had difficulties finding one (without paying 200-250€ for it..)
