^ exciting! Hoping to go some time next year
Buxton had Tsar Bomba on tap earlier so squeezed one in before the January rules kick in
Got a 2010 bomber bottle of De Molen's Bloed Zweet and Tranen to drink before we head out tonight

Oof.
Cloudwater Ardbeg Imperial was good.
Ilkley Choc Chipotle Stout was hot.
Ticketybrew Salted Caramel Coffee was strange. There was some Sierra Nevada Torpedo and a pint of Gamma Ray amongst others.

Bloed Zweet and Tranen was like drinking whiskey, Bomba was lovely, as was Jacobs Ladder (cheers for the recommendation), Sky Mountain was alright and Pic Tor was dreadful. Wtf is it meant to be?

Popped into Cafe Beermoth yesterday afternoon, then Marble on Thomas St.
CB had 17 kegs on. Enjoyed the the sour-er beers, Buxton Far Skyline, Wild Beer Co Winter Blend, had a Mad Hatter Membrillo Triple and a few sips of both Beavertown Skull King and Brasserie De La Senne Taras Boulba. All tasty and a nice relaxed atmosphere with plenty of space.
American Porter and Earl Grey IPA in Marble were both very nice, had a bottle of De Molen Ball & Chain too to finish the afternoon. Went home, ate well and watched A New Hope (not the remastered version). Not a bad way to finish off 2015!

Had a visit to The Magic Rock Brewery Tap in Huddersfield on Saturday. Highly recommended. Possibly to be done in conjunction with several of Huddersfield's finer pubs, including: -
Head of Steam
The Sportsman
The Grove. -

Good info, planning a trip there soon and would be good to fit in some other places.
Got in to work to find my workmate from Yorkshire has left a Taddy Porter on my desk. Lovely.

Interested to hear how the Beavertown is, bit worried it might be on the ciderish side. Other two are awesome.

They're all 7%+... how's that Tryanuary agreement going btw?
The Vocation N&N is very nice, all their beer so far has been outstanding infact. Happy they'll be at http://mancbeerfest.uk/beers-ciders/breweries-2016/ so will hit them up if I make it there.
The Appleation is odd. Reminds me of a Pumpkin Ale I had at Bolton Beer Festival, quite a boozy Kestrel Super-style finish. I'm not blown away by it, but the can looks great. I think it would have been better timed as a seasonal ale around Autumn to go with the Apple Harvest etc.
The Siren is for another night. Probably tomorrow as I'm keen to try it.

Agreement going well, had Thornbridge's I love you will you marry me last night, its a strawberry pale which tastes like those campino sweets. Also had the Charlie Brown Peanut Butter Brown Ale which is 0.2% over the 6% agreement but Simon's allowed it because peanut butter. It was nice but a bit on the flat side.
Got a Buxton Berry Saki Bastard to open up February with.
Got some beery birthday presents
