  • Do you really want to try gluten free beer (which they do a range of)?

I'd stick to the proper stuff if I were you.

  • I've tried gluten free beer before. Brewdog do Vagabond.

  • You forget... I drink ALL the beers

  • Bit too citrus-sy for my tastes.

  • I didn't forget. Just thought you'd want the good stuff.

  • I wouldn't necessarily seek out a GF beer but I don't mind trying them.

  • Round Two of Ealing Beer Fest tonight?

  • get to it young man!

  • Tried this Power of the Voodoo stuff, bit boozy in the 'cheap vodka'-way. Mad Hatter's Salted Caramel Quadrupel on the other hand... 13% and very easy to drink.

  • "Salted Caramel", 13%, easy to drink...

    go home andy_k, you're drunk.

  • Ealing Beer Festival was great. I am unsurprisingly hungover-to-fuck now though.

De Molen bottles were around £3. Had an amazing Belgian blackcurrant fruit beer. Had to pass it around; it was so fresh tasting. Like a fresh fruit salad.

    Weird Beard ran out, unsurprisingly.

  • I hit it for a second night.

  • Something good was on last night, can't remember what.

  • Eastern promise maybe?

  • People of the North, is anyone up for organising an ale ride soon? Also, has anyone been to the Beermoth tasting sessions?

  • Sounds fun.

  • I've been in the tasting room several times but not to any of their organised events.

It's nice, a little pricey... but a good selection and the staff make excellent recommendations.

  • There's something on at SB that's 10% at the moment... opted for the Black Dragon cider as suitable lunch beverage today. Only 7.2...

  • In protest at the 30-odd real ales I've tried in the last two days I opted for Becks rather than Doom bar today. I'll save you the trouble - DTM.

  • I missed that, will have to grab a pint on my way to @voidcore 's later.

  • Outstanding beers imperial red IPA. Thick and tasty.

  • Fourpure Hoptart cans are perfect warm weather post cycling refreshment. Going to need to pick up more

  • London Fields Three Weiss Monkeys. Interesting blend of a hefeweizen and an American IPA, with a smoky twist

  • After some ales at a local, took some visiting Aussies to Brewdog...
