The Black Isle Blonde was really nice as well.
No matter what I try I always seem to go back to the Hobgoblin. It's not got the most amazing of flavour but always goes down well and is easy to drink a lot of, especially on tap!

i know what you mean about wychwood, hobgoblin is a very good ruby beer, and i like scarecrow too.
hall and woodhouse seem to consistently satisfy my palate with their range of ales, blandford fly and fursty ferret being contrasting yet delicious examples.

Crabbies Ginger Beer is the nuts!!!
Oh hang on...............
Apologies. Didn't think that one through. :(
Crabbies is a disappointment.
If you want alcoholic, beer and ginger in the same bottle:

hey nahg', we may have very different tastes in guitars but we seem to agree on ales. good work there.
We may indeed sir! I have two guitars at the moment I reckon might be rather appealing to you! A G&L Legacy...
and a Collings OM2H...
Also got some awesome Dugain picks, Rosewood and Mammoth Bone... Bloody expensive but incredible sound!

Was back home in Yorkshire this weekend and had these
^both made down the road from home in relatively new breweriesand even though it pains me to say it (wrong side of the Pennines), the tastiest of the lot was:
when in london i try to keep it local (ish) too, so mostly these (not really into Sambrooks, and find Meantime over-priced for what it is):
...so yeah, i like em dark, strong and full of flavour!

Any pubs I can get a pint of stout cheaper than sam smith, £2.41 (in London)?
-
• #347
Sam Smiths is £1.99 in London int it? for the Old Brewery Bitter anyway...Only £1.53 in my local back home. VERY popular with sixth formers i tell thee. On a related note, good map of all their pubs here.
In fact, there are ones far enough apart in London to have an organised ride between a few of them I reckon... could even be brave and include the Anerley Arms all the way down in Crystal Palace! Sydenham Hill ftw.

I shall search this out.
Thought has gone into the packaging, so I'm justly hoping for something worthy on the inside.
