buy a Force one. It's not like a FD is the most expensive component to replace.

A quick Google suggests Ultegra 6700 FD works better with Sram shifters than either Sram options :D

Force FD is great with Sram levers. No better or worse than my ultegra with campag shifters.

I've had no problem with either of mine. With Rival shifters and Red.

You haven't used the big ring yet though. #sickburn

Removed front derailleur, shift with hand.

Only use big ring. Compact on dirty bike and nice bike is for feeling fancy on the rollers - resistance need not apply.

this is starting to get out of hand with laughter. Keep going, it's friday. So Shimano is in the lead, followed by Sram and then Campag.

Now to add wood to the fire I'lll follow the suggestion above: Alloy groupset or plastic (aka carbon) groupset?

shut up fatty. That bike is so heavy and slow it adds 10" to anything I'm turning. It's harder work moving 50-15 on that that 53-15 on the nice bike by a loooong way.

Mandela used Campag. The Ashes are being won on Shimano. Sram don't make baitrunners. That Microdrive groupset is unbelievably fucking hideous. At least 2 of these statements are true.
